Terms of use
These terms cover browsing TrackPoint and listing vehicles. This is a V1 placeholder — replace with counsel-approved terms before regulated launch claims.
Using the site
You may browse published listings for personal, non-commercial research. You must not scrape, overload, or attempt to bypass security controls on the service.
Seller listings
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of listing content, photos, pricing, and contact details. Listings may expire, be moderated, unpublished, or removed when marked sold. Providing a valid contact number is required before submitting or publishing a listing so buyers can reach you.
Transactions
TrackPoint is a listing and enquiry platform. Vehicle sales are agreed between buyer and seller. We are not a party to those contracts and do not handle payment for vehicles unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Acceptable use
Do not list stolen, misrepresented, or illegal vehicles. Do not post abusive, fraudulent, or misleading content. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Liability
The site is provided as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for losses arising from reliance on listing content or from deals arranged between users.
